JAMES P. SPALTRO

James P. Spaltro practiced for 28 years as a trial attorney handling a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including commercial litigation, personal injury and intentional tort matters, auto and trucking cases, premises liability, product liability, foster care cases, wrongful death, brain damage and other serious injury matters.  During that 28 years, Mr. Spaltro was involved in numerous mediations, arbitrations and trials. 

Mr. Spaltro sat as a Los Angeles County Judge Pro Tem for 12 years, and he is presently a Settlement Officer with the Los Angeles County VSC program, and is on both the Los Angeles and Riverside Mediation Panels. 

Mr. Spaltro retired from active litigation practice 1/1/2010, and now does mediations and arbitrations through IVAMS.
